Créé il y a plus de trente ans, l’élevage familial du Duende s’appuie sur notre passion des lusitaniens.
Nos chevaux évoluent dans un cadre naturel, en pleine Provence. Soucieux de leur bien être, nous veillons sur eux, sur leur forme physique ainsi que leur mental.
Founded more than thirty years ago by the grandfather of the family, the stud farm Duende is based on a strong passion for the Lusitanian. The horses are living in a natural frame, in the middle of a Provence landscape. The breeders watch over them, caring over their physical and mental shape.
Vor über dreissig Jahren durch den Grossvater der Familie gegründet, beruht das Gestüt Duende auf einer aufrichtigen Leidenschaft für das Lusitano-Pferd. Die Zöglinge leben in einem natürlichen Rahmen, inmitten einer provenzalischen Landschaft, von den Züchtern umsorgt und gepflegt, sowohl für das körperliche als auch für das geistige Wohlergehen.
The Lusitanian horse is polyvalent, mainly selected for dressage. It’s also a working equitation horse, able of much agility and reactiveness, with a lot of balance and elasticity, used since ever for cattle cutting. They are outstanding to be collected, ability for performing academic riding skills.
The Lusitanian has a graceful elegance, nobility and a harmonious attitude. Also perfect for jumping and carriage driving. And last but not least, it’s a perfect CTR horse as well.
